Absolutely worst experience ever with all my history of rental car I did. We came the agent was all other the place, she was the only one working that day. She was in a rush has she wanted to close at 12pm. She had so many customers behind us, she charge 3 times on our credit card and give us an insurance that was already in our credit card. Her explanation was rushed and not clear. Mislead us into taking an insurance that was already provided by our credit card. Not only I didn’t get to take a proper video of the vehicle. When it was time to give back the car they see some damage that I DIDNT DO. I was charge 3 times now I have to pay for damage I didn’t have time to notice. AVOID AT ALL COST !

Замовили машину заздалегідь, і нам довелось чекати хвилин 40 в салоні бо працівник лише один і він має працювати з усіма клієнтами та не лише оформити. А й показати та віддати. Треба більше працівників на точці. Про досвід співпраці напишу згодом.

They are scammers. Zero star honestly. We booked a car and when you come there it’s not available. Then they force an upgrade and make you pay more. I believe they only have that one large car and force an upgrade. I paid almost $600 more. Upon returning the car they tried to tell me that the damages on the car was my fault when nothing happened to thr car. Luckily I had a photo to prove it. They just want to take your money. I think Europcar should give me a refund for the extra fees. Cars shouldn’t be advertised if not available.

The initial customer service was great. Had no issues booking or picking up the car (VW Passat Diesel 4x4). However, with a couple of thousands of kms on the clock, had to top up the ad blue, which was ok, but then, the low engine oil level sensor comes up while I am driving in country Italy, without Internet connection, which means I could not use any translator, and had to find a service station to have it checked up and topped up. With my little to none Italian, was not able to ask for a receipt... Meaning I purchased a 1 litre for €25 and did not get any reimbursement for it. Supposed to be a still new car... Lost both my time dealing with it and money after all. Do not recommend!

Une étoile pour la prise du véhicule à l’arrivée à Genève. 0 pointé pour la restitution du véhicule. Nous avons téléphoné à Alexandre pour le prévenir que le centre ville étant bloqué par une course cycliste le 4 mai 2025 , toutes les routes menants à l’agence étaient interdites. Nous lui avons demandé de nous attendre 10mn et il a refusé. Il nous a répondu qu’il n’était plus payé après 18h. Merci le service client! Comme d’autres " naufragés d’Europcar " nous avons donc raté notre train car nous avons dû rendre le véhicule à l’aéroport au lieu de la gare. Agence à éviter à tout prix . Je fais des locations professionnelles Europcar depuis des années partout en Europe. C’est la première ( et dernière) fois que je vois cela !!!

Alquilamos un carro en octubre del 2022 y la atención y servicio fueron excelentes, el sr que nos realizó el contrato sabe hablar español y además es súper amable facilitando todo el proceso. El carro estaba en muy buenas condiciones, en general muy buena experiencia.

Excellent service, bravo pour le professionnalisme. Seul loueur dans la ville proposant des véhicules avec crochet d'attelage.
