Mes vêtements sont prêts rapidement, sentent bon, sont impeccablement repassés… Un vrai plaisir à chaque visite. Bravo et merci pour votre constance et votre gentillesse !

AVOID AVOID UPDATE 2025: a full year ago, I filled out their form. No response at all by email, telephone, mail. They ruined a handmade wool and silk carpet and made me pay to get it back. No respect for customers. They actually made the carpet WORSE. EDIT EIGHT months ago, 5àsec asked me to fill out a form, which I did. ZERO response in EIGHT months; quite similar to my initial problem where they don't respond to contact, aren't open, and don't care when you point out their destruction in-store. Possible to give 0 stars? I would. TO AVOID I dropped off a handmade wool Persian carpet in June 2023. I sent 3 emails -unanswered- asking whether the carpet was ready. I stopped by 3 times (the first 2, they closed early). Finally, when I picked up the carpet, they asked why I hadn't come earlier, saying I could contact them to ask. (ERM... not when you don't answer email). The antique, handmade silk/wool carpet is much worse than before. 1. When I pointed this out - the lady first said I did not ask for spot removal. I showed her the intake form, which indicated spot treatment. She changed her story and said they don't guarantee spot removal. 2. The sides are torn. 3. There are parts of the carpet that are yellowed, where they used to be cream. They actually discoloured the carpet and ruined it. When I said I wasn't satisfied, the lady said it's done by a third party and I could go out to (Bernex?) to complain, but 5àsec took no responsibility for whether the carpet was cleaned. She wouldn't let me have the carpet until I paid the remainder. Irresponsible, early closing, don't respond to customers, don't take responsibility for work. I spent over 100CHF and months of waiting so 5àsec could ruin a valuable carpet. As long as you don't want customer service, responsiveness or clean items, feel free to throw your money at this enterprise... if you can find them open.
