Les Trois Verres

Siamo stati a cena al ristorante Les Trois Verre e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti calorosamente dal maitre Dario, un vero padrone di casa, cordiale e attento. Ci ha offerto un calice di Ferrari come entrée e, per tutta la cena, ha curato con grande professionalità una degustazione al bicchiere abbinata ad ogni piatto, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più raffinata. In sala ci hanno seguiti Clem, gentilissima, attenta e premurosa, che ci ha coccolati per tutta la cena, e Nicola, il quale anch’esso si è preso cura di noi. Come antipasto abbiamo preso dei porcini saltati con spuma di stracciatella e tartufo, un connubio perfetto di profumi e consistenze, davvero delizioso. Abbiamo poi assaggiato la tagliata di tonno, ottima, cucinata alla perfezione e ricca di sapore, e lo spaghetto alle vongole veraci, eccellente: al dente e ben amalgamato, un piatto semplice ma realizzato con grande maestria. Le coccole finali sono state un delizioso tris di dessert: una panna cotta al caramello vellutata, un mini cannolo siciliano fragrante e un ottimo tiramisù classico, chiusura perfetta di una cena memorabile. Un plauso speciale va allo chef Daniele e al suo staff, e a Mattia, per l’eccellenza dei primi piatti, che con grande professionalità e passione rendono ogni piatto un’esperienza unica. Servizio impeccabile, atmosfera accogliente e cucina di alto livello: sicuramente un ristorante in cui torneremo con piacere.

We had a wonderful experience tonight thanks to our waitress, Clementine. She was attentive throughout, really friendly, and shared great local knowledge that made our evening even more enjoyable. Excellent service!

After a wonderful evening at Victoria Hall, we stopped by this restaurant for a light meal and a glass of wine. It was an excellent choice—nice atmosphere, thoughtful design, and a well-curated menu. The service was attentive, and the wine selection was very good. High-quality parmesan and fresh bread as a welcome starter is not to forget!

Your classic and elegant Italian restaurant. Delicious and original specialities, from meat to fish, and an interesting proposition of fresh pasta. Excellent selection of wines and desserts. Service is welcoming and friendly.

The setting at les Trois Verres is very pleasant, and their wine list has a great selection, and a highlight of the experience. The service was attentive and welcoming, but I had some difficulty understanding the person who was serving us, which made communication a bit challenging. Maybe it was their first day and were nervous which would make sense. What surprised me most was how quickly the food arrived, barely 30 seconds after we ordered. While I understand that speedy service is appreciated for those on the go, in a gastronomic setting I would have expected dishes to be freshly cooked rather than pre-prepared under heat lamps. Unfortunately, this showed in the execution: the mashed potatoes were lukewarm, and the duck was on the tough side. It wasn’t a bad experience in any way, but for a restaurant that positions itself as gastronomic, I would have hoped for more attention to detail in the food. With such a nice setting, a great wine selection, and genuinely attentive staff, there’s a solid foundation here, it just needs more consistency on the culinary side to fully live up to its potential. I'll give it another try, this time for dinner and then revise my review there after if needed.

Terrasse en plein centre ville, donc un peu bruyant à cause du trafic, mais une cuisine exceptionnelle avec des plats travaillés et un service de qualité (petit bouts de parmesan qui accompagne l’apéro, huile d’olive de qualité sur la table). Brefs, des détails qui font la différence et qui montre qze nous sommes dans un établissement qui aime la gastronomie bien faite! Bravo!!!
