Outstanding experience with SIXT at Geneva Airport. The rental process was efficient and seamless, the vehicle was in excellent condition, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and supportive. No hassle car rental. Turnover of car was quick and instructions were given clearly. Easy modification car rental services as it can be done online. Our agent, Baptiste, had excellent customer relations skills. Left a bag inside the car after returning it and he went back the dropoff area without hesitation. Would highly recommend.

As usual, the best of the rental cars companies. Very straightforward & helps you save your pocket from hidden fees. Very friendly staff & great variety of cars with of course great prices. If not mistaken, the only company that takes 300 CHF as security deposit, others take more than 1000 which is ridiculous & maybe they’ll take part of it & won’t be fully returned.

The key and the rental receipt had incorrect information about the car's license plate number. They gave me a ticket because I paid for parking using the information on the key and the rental receipt. There was an extra 0. AI66349 is the correct one, and they put AI066349. That was the only downside; everything else was excellent! Auf dem Schlüssel und dem Mietbeleg sind falsche Angaben zum Nummernschild des Autos angegeben. Sie haben mir einen Strafzettel ausgestellt, weil ich mit den Angaben auf dem Schlüssel und dem Mietbeleg für das Parken bezahlt habe. hatte eine zusätzliche 0. AI66349 ist die richtige und sie setzen AI066349. Das war der einzige Nachteil, alles andere war ausgezeichnet!!

First of all Sean impressed me with his welcoming smile which is very nice treat after travelling 24 hours to get to Geneva . We are Australians from Perth and we actually tried EuroCar first but their website is poor and ambiguous so we went on Sixt straight and simple and better value !Sean did an outstanding 5 star approach in delivering your Brand and I will highly recommend to my global friend and business base . From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Reda, were incredibly helpful. Reda not only provided us with amazing offers but also went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Finding the car park was a breeze, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. When we got to our car, we were thrilled to find it new, clean, and in perfect condition. It drove beautifully throughout our trip! I am absolutely certain that we will be using SIXT again for our future car hire needs.
