Το γραφείο είναι σοβαρό και ο Lionel πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης και με απίστευτα έξυπνο χιούμορ Μας περίμενε ο ίδιος μέσα στο αεροδρόμιο στις 23.30 που φτάσαμε και μας πήγε στο γραφείο του (δύο λεπτά απόσταση). Υπογράψαμε πληρώσαμε και ξεκινήσαμε τις διακοπές μας! Το αυτοκίνητο ήταν καινούργιο και αυτό που ζητήσαμε ✌️ Το παραδώσανε στο γραφείο του και μας πήγε ο ίδιος στο αεροδρόμιο! Νομίζω για όποιον προσγειωθεί στο αεροδρόμιο της Γενεύης και θέλει να νοικιάσει αυτοκίνητο ας μην ψάχνει αλλού. Ο Lionel θα φροντίσει να γίνουν όλα σωστά Εννοείται το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που νοικιάζουμε αμάξι από τον lionel και έχω να πω ότι είναι ότι πιο εύκολο και καλύτερο για τα ταξίδια μας στις γαλλικές και ελβετικες αλπεις.παντοτε εξυπηρετικός και να δώσει λύσεις για όλες σου τις απαιτήσεις με κατανόηση και λογικές τιμές . Θα συνεχίσουμε να τον προτιμάμε !

This was the best car rental service I experienced, for sure. Lionel took care of us since we arrived (picked us from the airport), gave us a brand new car for the 10days we spent in France, then drove us back to the airport. No extra fees or surprises down the road. I do recommend the company to anyone that wants a premium, client-oriented service from a professional guy that knows the business, with no negative surprises. Can't wait to rent again from him next time!

I had an outstanding car rental experience! Booking was smooth with very fast replies thru emails, and Mr. Lionel in person was exceptionally kind and courteous. We were picked up right at the airport on arrival and even welcomed with a bottle of water and chocolates – such a thoughtful touch! The car handover was quick and efficient, with great support via WhatsApp for any inquiries and guidance throughout the trip. The rental included a vignette, and we were even allowed to cross the border into France without any hassle. I had booked a compact automatic, but was pleasantly surprised to receive a brand new 2025 model with only 1600 km on it, fully equipped with all options. Cruise control, lane assist, speed limiter, and premium Bose speakers made our journey incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. Drop-off was just as seamless, literally right in front of the airport departure area – couldn’t be more convenient. The entire process gave us full peace of mind from start to finish. I just knew Mr. Lionel also accept Zurich Airport rentals. Definitely highly recommended!

Best in class car rental experience. Lionel provides excellent service. I've rented cars in multiple countries and this was by far the best experience. It does cost more than the low cost corporations, but the value you receive is worth it for top notch and personal service. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough about Lionel and his agency. Based on other reviews I figure I would try him out instead of using the larger agencies. His customer service was superb and quick to respond to any questions I had. We were a family traveling from different locations and Lionel was quick to act when one of our flights got delayed. He met the other part of our group in the arrivals hall and quickly got them on their way so they could come back to pick us up. The car we rented was brand new. Thank you Lionel!
