We had an exceptionally good experience here. The Tan Tan Ramen was awesome - the broth was creamy and smooth, the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were generous. Our wait was under 10 minutes. The staff took our experience to the next level. Our waiter, Levent, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Overall, this place was a highlight of the trip. We’d definitely come back.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon at 3:30 pm for an early dinner/ late lunch! Staff were welcoming, attentive, and efficient. Ordered the vegetarian ramen, and it was the best I’ve had in the Lake Geneva area! I could taste the fresh ingredients, the wheat noodles, the fermented kimchi- spot on. Also, the fact that they serve food all day and that they’re open everyday is pretty groundbreaking for Geneva. I also loved that they don’t serve any desserts; they said they only focus on salty dishes (talk about niche commitment- I live for this!) We legit need more restaurants like this in Switzerland. Authentic cuisine, fairly priced, and open at all hours…simply sublime

Comfort food at its best - their Ramen is a warm hug in a bowl. We ordered their miso tonkotsu , Shoyu Tonkotsu and karaage

我竟然在 日内瓦拯救了自己的中国胃！ 瑞士吃饭是真心贵，而且很多饮食并不能满足我这个汤汤水水热热乎乎的中国胃。本想着最后一天要回国了，上午去参观完百达翡丽博物馆，虽然日内瓦终于放晴了，但小风吹得还是想吃口热乎的，正巧旁边有一家日式拉面馆，中午12点开门，走你！ 这家拉面馆整体装修风格特别ins，简单的配色和木质调，第一眼看到老外当主厨有些打鼓。。。但当"叉烧包"和日式炸鸡端上来的时候，还是有了些许安慰。虽然炸鸡跟日本的唐扬鸡块比起来部分的选择和火候差了一些，但整体不功不过。 拉面点了骨汤miso拉面以及清汤拉面。汤头还算正宗！肉切得不够厚，但已经相当感人了。配菜的选择也是对的！邻桌基本上每个老外都点了肉包+拉面。实在是没有勇气点32瑞郎点主厨推荐拉面，真心有些贵啊…… 服务很到位，是一家值得推荐的在瑞士的好拉面馆！好评！

„No Stain No Gain" trifft es mit dem Nagel auf den Kopf! 1A Ramen und auch alles andere was wir bestellt haben war super lecker Alles ging sehr fix und die Inhaber waren super lecker. 10/10 würde mich wieder bekleckern!

Eine süße kleine Ramen Bar in Genf. Die Tan Tan Men Ramen waren lecker aber nicht perfekt. Die Brühe hätte ein bisschen kräftiger sein können. Das „scharfe" chilli Öl war leider garnicht scharf. Die Gyoza waren für meinen Geschmack nicht genug gebraten aber dennoch lecker. Die Preise waren leider extrem hoch.
