Ωραίο μέρος για ποτά ακόμη και το βράδυ , με μοναδική θέα στην λίμνη του Λεμάν και στον πίδακα της περιοχής. Κάθε χρόνο ξεχωρίζει για την διακόσμηση του στην υποδοχή : σε μια ήδη πανάκριβη πόλη , εδώ σπάνε τον κουμπαρά τους για λουλούδια !|Όποτε το επισκέπτομαι μου κλέβει ένα χαμόγελο .

We stopped by this joint to have some lunch. The food tasted very delicious. This is luxury at its finest. I only got myself the Caesar Salad and fries. It was so delicious. Staff were very polite. We can’t wait to come back again here soon. Thank you so much to the entire staff for having us

⭐☆☆☆☆ We visited the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues in Geneva today hoping to enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. I’m vegetarian, and we were sharing the tea with my son, so I asked if they could make one set vegetarian and one regular. They did accommodate the dietary request, which I appreciated. However, I only wanted to share one order between the two of us, but they insisted that we order two full sets — no exceptions. That felt unnecessarily rigid, especially at a luxury hotel. The tea set itself was beautifully presented, but mostly sweet. There were very few savory items, which made it feel unbalanced. Toward the end, they served us green tea sorbet — and to our surprise, one of the bowls had a hair in it. When we pointed it out, the waiter simply said, "We’re not happy about it either," took it away, and brought the payment machine. There was no apology, no offer to make it right — just a very dismissive attitude. My mother kindly paid, but we left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I expected better service, flexibility, and hygiene from a hotel with the Four Seasons name. Sadly, this experience did not reflect the standards we associate with the brand.

Le personnel incarne le sens de l’accueil : professionnel, chaleureux, attentionné, toujours prêt à surprendre par ses suggestions avisées. Le spa, intime et apaisant, ajoute à l’expérience une touche de bien-être bienvenue. De l’accueil jusqu’au départ, chaque détail a été pensé pour nous offrir une parenthèse de luxe et de sérénité. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce moment d’exception. À ce jour, ma plus belle expérience hôtelière dans un 5 étoiles.
