Absolutely great service from Watch Lab! Huge thanks to the team — their service was impeccable. Although my wrist is quite small and I might need to come back for another strap adjustment, everything else was perfect. The craftsmanship is top-notch — they polished my watch so well that it looks brand new. I’m really impressed and will definitely be recommending Watch Lab to my friends!

I had a vintage Rolex Chameleon repaired and restored by Costya a few weeks ago. It dropped to the floor last year and I could not find a watchmaker confident and competent enough to work on it (even asking a former Rolex watchmaker based in Hong Kong and he suggested to bring it to Rolex). It took googling "watch repair in Geneva" to find The Watch Lab Genève and to say I am so pleased with the result is an understatement. From the messages exchanged before my arrival in Geneva, Costya was very detailed about how the assessment of the watch would go before proceeding with repair. I had very few days and he made it happen in an incredibly short amount of time! I left the watch at his lab, traveled on, and came back to Geneva just to pick up my watch. Within the first two days of giving them my watch, it had already been completely disassembled and repair and restoration was underway. A very minuscule part was broken (balance staff) which, to my understanding, is not even a millimeter long. When I picked up the watch, he was so kind as to explain the work that had been done, maintenance needed, and also to show me a bit around the lab. The fee for the restoration and repair is very fair, considering the time constraint and the work done. I also have a 1 year warranty. I have been observing it for over 3 weeks now and it keeps time perfectly. I live in Asia but I seriously would fly to Geneva just to get any important watch taken care of by Costya. He is a rare gem in the modern watch industry, you can feel his passion for his craft. Merci beaucoup, grazie mille!

Costya did an absolutely exceptional job on my 1960s era Omega Genève watch, which needed replacement parts, a service and polish. He was transparent and communicative, ensuring no surprises. He also went out of his way to show me through his workshop and some of the equipment and steps to do his watch work.

Am so thrilled I found Costya. He lovingly repaired and restored my grandfathers watch from 1967. This watch is not a high value make ( which Costya will also service & warranty if you have one as he is certified by Rolex, Omega and all the other top brands etc ) but has tremendous sentimental value . It now looks and works like new, has a 2 year guarantee and the price for the work was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend .

I rarely write reviews, but Costya is a true magician! Across several cities, no one could help me with resizing my Cartier watch. I flew in from Munich with little hope that anything could be done. Not only did Costya manage to resize the watch, but he also did it in a very short time and at an incredible price. I am beyond happy that I can finally wear it and wholeheartedly recommend The Watch Lab to anyone seeking excellent service and unbeatable expertise.
