Superb experience in recovering from an elbow fracture. Bryan was amazing and really helped to speed up the healing process. I also very much appreciated that he could speak English! Highly recommend Bryan and the team.

The treatment was very professional and can be recommended. However, it was the aftermath that I found disappointing. I received several bills for a total of over 800 CHF three years after the fact, at a point where it had become impossible for me to check if I actually owed this or not. I usually pay my bills on time so that my insurance will reimburse me (within one calendar year), so even if the accounts manager insisted otherwise, I have doubts about whether I had received these bills back in 2021 in the first place. Legally I need to pay this, and they allowed me to pay in instalments, but on the whole this experience has been disappointing (not to mention expensive - it would have been covered by insurance if sent to me earlier). There are plenty of great physiotherapy cabinets in Geneva, I will certainly not go back to this one since I have lost my trust in their business practices.

Bryan est au top du top, il a réponse à tout, concocte des programmes d'entraînement ciblés mieux que personne, pose des hypothèses pertinentes, est investi à explorer le cas et accompagner ses évolutions avec un raisonnement complexe, logique et cohérent. Il fait pas semblant, il se donne à fond. Meilleur physio que j'aie eu l'occasion de rencontrer!

Feel being fooled. Confused time of the first appointment (my bad) and asked to be late for 10 min. since my office is the next door. Was told that it was better to have the appointment next day instead. Without any further notice I was charged twice. Nasty aftertaste. No-no for me.
