Answer for Roche Bobois: I did contact the store and they said to contact SAV. To tell you the truth no one cares! Nous avons acheté les chaises hautes Kasuka il y a quelques mois. La qualité des produits n'est pas du tout celle à laquelle je m'attendais. Pour le prix de 1400 chf par chaise, elles ont de très mauvaises finitions et ne sont pas du tout confortables ! Même si l'on peut régler la hauteur, il faut être grand pour toucher correctement le support des pieds. Deuxièmement, ces chaises conviennent mieux à un bar qu'à un appartement, car le repose-pieds coupe les pieds et il faut porter des chaussures. Nous avons passé la commande sans les essayer car elles n'étaient pas exposées dans le magasin et nous ne pouvions pas les retourner. De plus, le magasin ne nous a pas dit que 3 chaises ne s'adapteraient pas correctement à l'îlot, mais seulement 2 et au final nous avons dû garder les 3 chaises.

Horrible customer service. Had a question for a bolt of an old bed we wanted to reassemble, person on the phone met us with attitude and 0 help. Gave us a quick no as if she hadnt looked.

A year ago my husband and I moved from Cape Town, South Africa to Geneva. We moved into a new apartment last year July where we needed a few furniture pieces for the place. Knowing that Roche Bobois offer a broad range of amazing, modern and contemporary furniture, we have decided to stop by the showroom in Rue du Rhone. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Erwan. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel extremely welcome with his warm and professional approach and offered us some drinks. Erwan took the time to understand our needs offering insightful advice and guiding us though the process. I have given him the plan of the apartment where he immediately asked his colleague to make up a 3D layout of the room for us to see how the bed would fit it. His impeccable customer service and the ability to create a fun and seamless shopping experience. We were so impressed by the storage under the bed as the apartment did not have much storage space that we ended up purchasing the bed and pedestals. The bed, however had a few faults, but Erwan made sure it was rectified until I was satisfied. To crown it all, since we did not have a dining table, he was more than willing to assist us with a loan table and chairs until we have decided what to purchase. In saying that, he has been amazing by giving us different options for dining tables, chairs, rug and server that would fit out space. I am very pleased with his suggestions. His knowledge of the brand , attention to detail, professionalism, friendliness and love for design, made the entire experience exceptional. Since our shopping experience with Erwan, we have been in regular contact and he has given us professional advice and 3D plans of items we still need. I can always just pop into the store, send a WhatsApp or email and he will always take the time and effort to reply and give advice. Upon purchasing the rug, coffee table and bubble bed, he made an effort to come to the apartment to see if everything was ok and if I was happy. He has also asked them to bring along 3 lamps in order for me to see which one would be suitable for the area. He will always go the extra mile to make us happy and constantly following up to see if we need any assistance. Erwan is truly an asset to the company and could not have been more happier with our experience. I would highly recommend you visiting the Rue du Rhone store and ask for Erwan.

Fidèle à l'enseigne Roche-Bobois avec un accent sur le moderne et les nouvelles collections. Exposition sur deux étages, personnel compétent et sympathique. Roche-Bobois reste une excellente référence en qualité-prix pour qui recherche du design
