We stopped by this joint to have some lunch. The food tasted very delicious. This is luxury at its finest. I only got myself the Caesar Salad and fries. It was so delicious. Staff were very polite. We can’t wait to come back again here soon. Thank you so much to the entire staff for having us

We visited the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues in Geneva today hoping to enjoy a relaxing afternoon tea, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.

I’m vegetarian, and we were sharing the tea with my son, so I asked if they could make one set vegetarian and one regular. They did accommodate the dietary request, which I appreciated. However, I only wanted to share one order between the two of us, but they insisted that we order two full sets — no exceptions. That felt unnecessarily rigid, especially at a luxury hotel.

The tea set itself was beautifully presented, but mostly sweet. There were very few savory items, which made it feel unbalanced. Toward the end, they served us green tea sorbet — and to our surprise, one of the bowls had a hair in it.

When we pointed it out, the waiter simply said, “We’re not happy about it either,” took it away, and brought the payment machine. There was no apology, no offer to make it right — just a very dismissive attitude. My mother kindly paid, but we left feeling disappointed and unwelcome.

I expected better service, flexibility, and hygiene from a hotel with the Four Seasons name. Sadly, this experience did not reflect the standards we associate with the brand.

Πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο παροχής υπηρεσιών. Το ξενοδοχείο αδικείται από το σημείο που βρίσκεται.

Το ξενοοδοχείο ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό. Ευγενικό προσωπικό (πολύ σπάνιο στην Ελβετία), καλό πρωινό, μοντέρνος χώρος και αξιοπρεπές δωμάτια σε -σχετικά- νορμάλ τιμή (πάλι για τα δεδομένα της Ελβετίας. Είναι σε καλό σημείο σε σχέση με πολλά πράγματα αλλά η γειτονιά είναι αρκετά κακή (αντρική πορνεία, ναρκωτικά κλπ) κάτι που χάλασε λίγο την τελική γεύση στη διαμονή μου.

Με την εγγύηση της αλυσίδας NOVOTEL αλλά σε πολύ κακή περιοχή.Φιλικό σέρβις και καλό πρωινό καθαρό και ήσυχο.Σε μικρή απόσταση από τη λίμνη αλλά σε μια περιοχή με πολλά έθνικ εστιατόρια και με θαμώνες που δεν ήταν το καλύτερο θέαμα για παιδιά.

παρα πολυ κεντρικο σημειο, 5 λεπτα απο την λιμνη στην περιοχη red district που αν και σε καποια στενακια ειναι λιγο … περιεργα εχει ωστοσο παρα πολλα εστιατορια εθνικ! το ξενοδοχειο πολυ καλό ανταξιο ενος novotel. Το πρωινό είχε πολυ καλή ποιοτητα. Παρκινγκ για 2 μερες 60 euro, Γενευη…..

Πολύ κακή και επικίνδυνη περιοχή. Το ξενοδοχείο γενικά καλό,ευγενικό προσωπικό και καθαρά,αλλά όχι χώρος lounge

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο καθαρό άνετα δωμάτια μεγάλες συνεδριακες αίθουσες. Καλό πρωινό..

Καθαρό περιποιημένο ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή τιμή ως αναφορά τις τιμές που υπάρχουν στην ελβετία. Είναι σχετικά κοντά στο σταθμό της γενεύης και σας δίνει να ξέρετε πάσο για να μπει τις όλα τα μητρώο τραμ και λεωφορεία για να πηγαίνει αυτό που θέλετε δωρεάν

Η τοποθεσία είναι αρκετά καλή αν και λίγο απομακρυσμένη από το κέντρο, αλλά υπάρχει σταση λεωφορείου έξω από το ξενοδοχείο με δωρεάν μετακίνηση. Η καθαριότητα στα δωμάτια ήταν αρκετά καλή. Η πλειοψηφία του προσωπικού ήταν ευγενικοί. ΟΜΩΣ
Δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο ενώ χρεωναν το κρύο μπουκάλι νερό 4 ελβετικά φράγκα για 0.5 λίτρο. Ο κλιματισμός δεν ήταν αρκετός κάποιες μέρες. Το πρόγευμα ήταν τραγικό. Έπρεπε να περιμένουμε για να έλθουν πιάτα, φλιτζάνια κλπ από την κουζίνα και όταν ερχόντουσαν πάρα πολλά δεν είχαν καθαρίσει καλά (προφανώς επειδή δεν προλάβαιναν τα έπλεναν σε γρήγορο πρόγραμμα. Συμβουλή δωρεάν στο management: σε αυτή τη περίπτωση αγοράζουμε μερικά επί πλέον πιάτα φλιτζάνια κλπ.) Την ώρα αιχμής (8:30 – 10:00) υπήρχε συνεχώς έλλειψη φαγητών. Ζήτησα ουίσκι και μου το σερβιραν σε ποτήρι του μπράντι (ισχύει η προηγούμενη συμβουλή και εδώ. Αγοράζουμε μερικά ποτήρια επί πλέον. Μείναμε 4 βράδυα 2 ζευγάρια με 2 αυτοκίνητα, αλλά δεν υπήρξε διαθέσιμη θέση στο παρκινγκ ούτε μια φορά.

Ένα ξενοδοχείο πολύ καθαρό και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο!Επίσης διαθέτει πολύ καλό πρωινό γαλλικού τύπου με πεντανοστιμα κρουασάν που θυμίζουν Παρίσι!! Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό!! Σίγουρα λίγο ακριβό αλλά για τις τιμές της Γενεύης και τις παροχές του ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή!!

Εκπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο σε κεντρικότατο σημείο της Γενεύης, πάνω στη λίμνη Λεμάν. Εξαιρετικό σέρβις, υπέροχη διακόσμηση, πολύ καλό φαγητό. Συνιστώ ποτό στην υπέροχη βεράντα του με θέα στο Συντριβάνι και την λίμνη!

Es war einfach alles top. Der Empfang war freundlich, kompetent und schnell. Die Suite war 1. Klasse. Im 6. Stock gelegen mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Ausblick. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig, da die Schallisolation perfekt war. Das Badezimmer war grosszügig bemessen und auch sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Schlafqualität war ausgezeichnet.|Der Service war effizient, aber nie aufdringlich.|Ein Hotel, wo man sich willkommen und wohl fühlen kann.|Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut.|Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Beau-Rivage sehr genossen und mich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel strahlt Eleganz aus, und gleichzeitig ist der Service herzlich und aufmerksam.||Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Frau Fiona Dejean am Empfang – sie war ausserordentlich freundlich, professionell und zuvorkommend. Durch ihren herzlichen Empfang hat sie unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.||Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel in Geneva, and I can’t recommend it enough! The unique charm and rich history truly set it apart.

A special shoutout to Louis, the front desk manager, who not only welcomed us with warmth but also gave us a fascinating tour of the hotel’s history. His kindness was further highlighted when he gifted us a book about the hotel—such a thoughtful touch!

I also want to extend my gratitude to Jonathan for introducing us to the incredible chef, Kevin Olivier. The cake he made was simply the best I’ve ever tasted and thank you 2 Guillaume as well..

We stayed three nights at the hotel this week. As someone who spends 50+ nights per year for 20 years in hotels all over the world, I can easily say this was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, and the best part about our 3 days in Geneva. The staff were perfect and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

The Beau Rivage Palace is truly exceptional. Elegant, serene, and impeccably maintained. The service is outstanding comparable to, and perhaps even exceeding, the Four Seasons Hotels, which I always consider as the best. They were attentive without being overbearing, and every detail is handled with care. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds, bedroom and beautiful lake views. It’s easily one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Das Hotel befindet sich derzeit im Umbau, die Fassade zum See hin ist verkleidet. Das nimmt natürlich derzeit etwas von der Wirkung. In der Bar fand ich neben meinem Platz ein Pommes auf dem Boden liegen. Das kann nicht der Standard eines renommierten Fünf Sterne Hotels sein. Vom Service hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr erwartet, zum Beispiel dass man hier das Zurechtrücken der Stühle als klassische Form der Etikette noch pflegen würde. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

I visited Geneva last month for three nights….Happy with my hotel choice…Front desk and the rest of staff very polite and friendly. Double room, not big with a comfortable bed and view on the main street. Disadvantage the fact that one cannot open the window and get some fresh air in the room. The location of the hotel is central, close to all mass transportation means. 7′ from the airport by train, buses arriving on time and free ticket for all transportation means during my stay, thanks to the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Walking distance from nice little restaurants in the neighbourhood. Next time I will try the terrace rooms….||Επισκέφθηκα τη Γενεύη για τρείς νύχτες τον προηγούμενο μήνα. Είμαι ευχαριστημένη με την επιλογή του ξενοδοχείου. Το προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν αλλά και όλοι οι υπόλοιποι πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλικοί. Το δωμάτιο όχι ιδιαίτερα μεγάλο, αλλά με πολύ αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι και θέα στο κεντρικό δρόμο. Το μόνο μειονέκτημα ήταν ότι τα παράθυρα δεν άνοιγαν κι έτσι δεν μπορούσε να μπεί καθαρός αέρας στο δωμάτιο. Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου κεντρική, πολύ κοντά στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. 7 λεπτά από το αεροδρόμιο με το τραίνο, τα λεωφορεία στην ώρα τους και εισιτήρια ελεύθερων διαδρομών για όλα τα μέσα καθ’ όλην τη διάρκεια της διαμονής, προσφορά του ξενοδοχείου. Eξαιρετικό πρωινό. Απόσταση βόλτας στα μικρά όμορφα εστιατόρια της γειτονιάς. Την επόμενη φορά θα δοκιμάσω τα δωμάτια με βεράντα…

Το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει θέρμανση!!! Αλλάξαμε δυο δωμάτια γιατί έχουμε βρέφος 8 μηνων! Σε κανένα από τα δυο δεν λειτουργεί!!! Απαράδεκτο!!! Να πληρώνεις τόσα χρήματα τη βραδιά και να μην έχει το ξενοδοχείο θέρμανση!!!!!

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο. Φιλικό προσωπικό. Είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο. Το κέντρο ήταν 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Η διαμονή μας εκεί ήταν ευχάριστη.

بصراحه سكنت بالفندق لمدة أسبوع وكانت تجربة رائعة الفندق موقعة ممتاز جدا في السنتر وكل شي قريب منك والنظافة في كل مكان بالفندق وأهم شي الأمان كان أكثر من ممتاز والغرف نظيفة جدا ومرتبة والحمامات كذلك

واحب أن اشكر جميع الموظفين لان الجميع مبتسم ولطيف بالتعامل مع النزلاء والجميع على استعداد تام لخدمتك واخص بالذكر موظفين الاستقبال . شكرا من القلب لإدارة الفندق

Beautiful 4 start hotel, marble throughout, very contemporary feel stepping back in the ages. Opulent as you enter, room sizes not huge but comfortable. Great staff at the front desk. Free travel ticket around city when you stay at Warwick. Amazing value, must stay when at Geneve only 4min walk from train station and city parks.

Luxurious hotel experience, excellent customer service and spacious room filled with amenities and accessories. Perfect location. Walking distance from the Jet d’Eau fountain, Lake Geneva and shopping district. More importantly, right across the Geneva train station. From the airport, you can take the 6-minute train ride to the hotel and vice-versa. Warwick Hotel was even kind enough to provide a transport card for free transport within Geneva throughout our stay. Last but not least, plenty of (fine) dining options in the hotel and around the area.

I ended our France/Switzerland trip with my two teenagers at the Ritz-Carlton in Geneva, and it turned out to be our favorite stop. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Joan, Yassine, Alexandra, and the entire team at Fred’s Bar made us feel truly welcome. Everyone greeted us by name, and I only wish I remembered everyone’s name so I could thank them all. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care was amazing.||The location is excellent, right on the lake and close to plenty of shopping and great restaurants. I especially enjoyed my morning walks along the lake. It was such a peaceful way to start the day.||A couple of small things could have been better: housekeeping didn’t come until 5 p.m., which was later than expected, and we had to call down for our laundry that was scheduled for 6 p.m. delivery. The room setup was a little inconvenient. The bathroom with the sinks and shower was on one side of the room, while the water closet was at the entrance, and it didn’t have a sink.||Even with those minor issues, the service was so outstanding that I would choose this hotel again and again. The staff truly made all the difference.

Rarely do I write a review in the middle of a stay, but this is warranted. This Ritz Carlton is the smallest in the world but is tops in the world in service. From the moment a driver met me at the Geneva airport to now, everything has been perfect. I was upgraded to a garden suite and while no view of the lake, the view was lovely. Large king bed, wonderful bathroom, good lighting, excellent workspace. My dinner in the bar with Alex (Caesar salad but like a Cobb salad) was perfect. And oh! The old fashioned! You must have it. Upon my arrival greeted by many, including the general manager, Anthony. Directions to shops were helpful. It was a perfect 30 hour stay. I will be back next year!

This was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and the concierge service was outstanding — they helped with restaurant bookings, local recommendations, and even transportation. The valet team was always available and quick, making everything smooth and hassle-free.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and elegantly furnished. The view from my room was breathtaking — overlooking the Swiss mountains and lake, it felt like something out of a postcard.

The room service was excellent and prompt, and the food — whether in-room or at the hotel restaurant — was absolutely delicious. High-quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and great variety.

War leider enttäuscht / kenne die Marke bereits sehr gut und war zum ersten Mal im Ritz-Carlton in Genf. Kein Personal zugegen bei Anreise und der Check-In war recht emotionslos. Schade, denn Zimmer, Barservice etc war sehr gut. Auch der Room-Service gut, aber insgesamt unzureichend wenn man den Preis bedenkt. War über die UN hier gebucht, da mein ursprüngliches Hotel ausgebucht war. Das nächste Mal sicher wieder in einem anderen Haus.

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at The Living Room Restaurant with my sister Taleen, who is currently an intern there. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this wasn’t just another restaurant visit it was a warm, welcoming experience that made me feel right at home.||The service team was absolutely wonderful. They didn’t miss a single detail and made sure everything was taken care of with a smile. The food came out quickly, fresh, and piping hot, we barely had to wait! Every dish tasted amazing, clearly crafted with care and attention.||A special shout-out to the bartender, who prepared a delicious virgin pina colada for us when he found out we don’t drink alcohol. It was thoughtful touches like this that really made the difference.||What touched me most was seeing how the service and kitchen team treated Taleen not just as a colleague, but as family. That sense of closeness and care extended to us as well, and I left with a full heart and a happy stomach.||This was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!

Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης με στάση του τραμ ακριβώς έξω απο το ξενοδοχείο. Πολύ καθαρό με ευγενικό προσωπικό και υπέροχο σαλόνι με bar για να κάτσεις το βράδυ να πιεις το ποτό σου. Ίσως χρειάζεται περισσότερη ποικιλία στο πρωινό που σερβίρει.

Μέτριο ξενοδοχείο τίποτα το ιδιαίτερο και από καθαριότητα σχετικά καλό. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή κοντά στον σταθμό του τρένου . Η περιοχή είναι υποβαθμισμένη . Τα οικογενειακά δωμάτια είναι μικρά .

Ακριβό, αλλά εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο με πολύ φιλική εξυπηρέτηση. Φαγητό, μπαρ με πολύ υψηλά στάνταρ.

We had three very pleasant nights in this hotel. We chose a Classic Room for the traditional ambience. The room was very attractive, but a bit on the small side. The wardrobe provided welcome space. It was lovely to have a bath tub, though a shame that there was water damage in the bathroom walls. We enjoyed excellent buffet breakfasts each morning. The reception area is spacious and attractive. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, even giving us the loan of a power adaptor when ours failed. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for good value and location in Geneva.

Excellent central hotel 5 minutes ns from station Lovely large room of the old style but bed very comfortable. Facilities great ie ironing board and iron . I was able to walk to my dinner appointment with a friend at The President hotel and walk back ( safely) at 10.30 |Only thing difficult was that I was unable to charge my phone as the plugs were weird and I only had what I thought was a universal adaptor for europe . I am sure the friendly reception would have found me one

The Royal Hotel is excellent, located in the heart of Geneva, close to Lake Geneva and close to supermarkets. The room I booked is excellent, with a living room, a kitchen, and a luxurious bathroom. There is also a bidet in the bathroom. The cleaning service is excellent, as are the reception staff who welcome and help you. There is a Syrian employee at the reception named Waddah, who is respectful and well-mannered, and he did not fail us in the tourist attractions and service at the hotel. I will repeat my visit to the hotel.

This was a great hotel stay with a difference. It was quite quirky, and was a punt for us when we booked a short notice stay in Geneva, based on the weather forecast for the week. The rooms were all managed via an app. The app can be downloaded to your phone or there is an iPad available in your room. Hotel is a great location if you’re visiting as a tourist.||There is also a 24hr bar available for guests. Breakfast was good quality. The staff were all fantastic and genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. One in particular, I didn’t catch her name, except she was from Miami originally but she was absolutely brilliant and made sure everyone had an amazing time and were attended to quickly. She somehow seemed to look after everyone. Even when she may have not have been serving you herself. My wife ordered a cocktail, and we were served by a newly trained member of staff who looked terrified at the prospect of making this cocktail. Yet she came over helped the new staff member and discretely advised me she was new, and apologised for it taking a bit longer. I’m annoyed I didn’t get her name, but she is definitely a credit to the hotel and deserves a lot of credit as she made a massive difference, even though she is only part time. So wanted to give feedback to make sure she was acknowledged.

Great location. Really easy checking/out. Possibly the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in – good size and the best blackout curtains ever. Would highly recommend and will use again in our future trips.

So many great things to say about this hotel! ||Location: close, like 5 mins walking, to the cathedral and museum of the reformation as well a tonnes of cute boutiques and bars/ restaurants. 10 mins walking to the museum of art and history, as well as the Russian Orthodox Church and a brilliantly bonkers community vegetable plot. You can see a lot of Geneva really quickly and cheaply from this spot. ||Bedrooms: not big but really comfortable beds, super showers, mega TV. At check in you are asked which floor you like. I said higher and I had a view of the lake and the jet d’eau. Getting to watch the sun rise over the lake was just magnificent.||On practical stuff, there were three points for Swiss/ euro/ GB plugs which saved me buying the adapter I forgot, as well as usb ports. The body lotion and shower stuff is good quality. The short form reading material in the room made me laugh and think. Lovely touch.||Food: breakfast is massive, fresh and delicious. Coffee is good and the giant chocolate buttons were snapped and sent home to rage bait the kids. I ate for England. ||Staff: most of all this. Everyone is friendly, helpful and brimming with smiles. I was grumpy about scanning my passport when I arrived as it wasn’t cooperating. I rather sniffily told them “this is super annoying.” The lady handled me brilliantly, completely gliding over my unnecessary tone, fixing the problem fast and leaving me feeling not nearly as ashamed as I should have felt for behaving like a toddler.

The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a tablet offering many features to adjust lighting, temperature, and more — very convenient and fun to use. The location is great, close to the train station and the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe is relaxed and stylish. A solid choice for any stay in Geneva.

La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle. Le système de lumière dans la salle de bain et la chambre est très sympa en revanche la propreté du lit reste à désiré car seul le sur matelas est protégé. Le matelas est apparent et n’est pas propres (nourriture et saleté) ce qui est un gros point négatif pour un hôtel ||Hôtel très bien placé

Modern, friendly, and tech-savvy stay in the heart of Geneva!

We had a fantastic stay at CitizenM Geneva! From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. Every request we made was handled promptly and with a smile.

The hotel is incredibly tech-forward, which made the stay feel both modern and convenient. Each room is equipped with a tablet that controls everything—lighting, temperature, blinds, entertainment—and it all works smoothly and intuitively. Even the check-in and check-out processes are done via self-service tablets, which was super easy and fast.

The lobby and bar area were clean, stylish, and had a warm, homey vibe. We loved the selection of board and card games, which made the space feel social and welcoming. It’s a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

The location is ideal—right in the center of Geneva, within walking distance of the lake and many attractions. We even walked from the train station with our luggage, and it only took around 19 minutes. Super convenient!

There were a couple of minor downsides: the breakfast was underwhelming, and it’s a bit inconvenient that there are no toilets in the lobby (you have to go to level -3). But these were small issues in what was otherwise a fantastic experience.

Overall, a great hotel for those who appreciate comfort, design, and modern tech—all in a perfect central location. Would definitely stay again!

Συμπαθητικό, κεντρικό και με χαρακτήρα ξενοδοχείο στην πιο καλλιτεχνική περιοχή της Γενεύης. Πολύ ωραίο πρωινό και εστατόρια.

Très bon emplacement. L’hôtel est sympa et propre. Les chambres sont correct, mais peu préparée (pas une lampe branché…). Le petit déjeuner a éviter : trop cher pour des produits industriels et peu de choix. Pas assez de personnel: on a dû attendre bien 10min pour arriver à faire fonctionner la machine à café car elle était à vider … et personne pour nous aider.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tiffany. The location is perfect — close enough to the old town and the lake to walk everywhere, but still tucked away in a quieter street so you don’t feel the city noise. The building has so much charm, with beautiful Art Nouveau details, yet the rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable.

The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with directions or restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with fresh options and a cozy setting. I especially enjoyed the little touches — good coffee, high-quality toiletries, and a really comfortable bed.

Overall, it felt like the perfect balance of boutique style and Swiss hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva who wants something more personal than a big chain hotel.

Cet hôtel ne mérite absolument pas 4 étoiles, d’ailleurs il ne mérite même pas 3 étoiles! Il est dans un état de manque d’entretien incroyable pour un 4 étoiles. Il est sombre, avec de vielles moquettes usées et sales partout. Le mobilier est complètement délabré, avec des éclats de peinture partout, présence de moisissures sur les joints de la salle de bains, avec les joints du carrelage mural jaunit ( et on avait une chambre double supérieure!). Cerise sur le gâteau la porte de la salle de bain t’emprisonne, tu as tout le mal du monde à sortir à cause de la serrure complète raide qui manque aussi d’entretien. L’ascenseur est minuscule, on y rentre difficilement à 2, si vous avez une grosse valise ça sera la galère!
Au niveau service, pour avoir quelqu’un à la réception, il faut attendre parfois plusieurs minutes. Le petit déjeuner est une catastrophe, quasiment rien n’est frais. Il n’y a que des œufs brouillés, à la coque des saucisses de volaille et du Bacon en plats chauds( la même chose tous les jours, on y a pris 3 petits déjeuners!), très peu de fruits, des yaourts et des thés bas de gamme de supermarché, peu de choix de pain. Une seule personne au service, qui souvent disparaît. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose il faut vous débrouiller. On sent l’économie à toute les échelles. Vu le prix des petits déjeuners c’est un vrai scandale, même pour Genève.
Les seuls points positifs, sont l’emplacement central à proximité de tout, et le calme environnant. La literie est confortable aussi même si ça ne serait pas du luxe de mettre 2 coussins, plutôt qu’un seul coussin tout plat qui vous donnerait un torticolis si on ne fait pas attention. Extrêmement déçu, on s’attendait à beaucoup mieux que ça dans la ville du luxe pour un 4 étoiles.

The Tiffany Hotel was awesome! Great service, great staff, great room. Nice building too. Our room was well appointed and there was lots of hot water, great shower and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Small fridge in room does take a bit to cool things off. Breakfast starts at 730 so nice and early. Good selection to eat and great coffee machine. Location is perfect. A grocery store 150 m away. Tram stations 300 m. Old city 500m. Service was friendly from all staff. What’s not to like?! We will return if in Geneva again. Thanks! ☺️

I recently visited Geneva with my 13-year-old daughter and, unfortunately, faced some challenges during our stay at the hotel due to my slip disk condition.

Upon arrival, I understood that check-in was late, so I returned to the hotel around 5 PM to collect my room keys. To my surprise, the front desk attendant assigned us a room that required climbing several stairs—at least 20 steps. Given my condition and the fact that I had two large pieces of luggage and a carry-on, I kindly requested a room without stairs.

Instead of assisting us, the attendant raised his voice, stating that my daughter could easily carry the luggage. While she made an effort, it was simply too much for her.

I also noticed a concerning difference in the way he interacted with other guests, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. It seemed as though he was unwilling to help us simply because of our background. If there were no other rooms available, I would have appreciated a more respectful conversation and some assistance with our luggage.

I came to Geneva looking forward to a peaceful holiday, but this experience significantly affected my stay. I hope that future guests are treated with more kindness and respect.

Είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία,κοντά στο κέντρο,έρχεσαι εύκολα με τις συγκοινωνίες από όλη την πόλη και το αντίστροφο,καθαρό ήσυχο και με πολύ καλό πρωινό,το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα ,θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

Πρόκειται για ένα μέτριο ξενοδοχείο που το μόνο θετικό του είναι η τοποθεσία του κοντά στον σταθμό των τραίνων. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι αρκετά παλιό και τα δωμάτια πολύ μικρά. Το μπάνιο επίσης παλιό και οι πετσέτες πολύ φθαρμένες. Μάλιστα ζήτησα να τις αλλάξουν γιατί δεν ήταν ούτε καθαρές.

This is a 2 Star hotel though it is listed as a 3 Star hotel.
Here are some of the highlights of this property that I would like to share.
Location is excellent. Right across the main train station, plenty of restaurants / eateries around the hotel, helpful staff (especially Lilly).
Here are some of the lowlights.
Rooms are small, elevators are tiny (claustrophobic to some) and that is understandable in Europe. Basic necessities are provided in the room. Air conditioning was ineffective. During summer months this would be a main concern. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the air conditioning. Breakfast was decent. Service at breakfast was very good. Neighborhood was safe and clean.

Fantastic location, across from train station where trains, buses and trams are easily accessible. Restaurants, supermarkets and cafes at doorstep. And yet quiet.
Room was small yet had everything needed – air conditioning, ample toiletries, kettle. Bed and pillows were very comfy.
Receptionist were very efficient and helpful.

We stayed at Hotel Suisse for our first night in Switzerland. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is located right across from the train station. So, it was easy to get to. It is also within walking distance of the lake and old town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

As a solo traveler, this was a great place to stay. The location was ideal, very close to the central station and easy to get around the city. The facilities were more than enough for a comfortable stay, and having air conditioning was a definite plus. Simple, convenient, and suited for solo travel.

The room was not very big, but it had everything you need for a good night’s sleep. The location next to the railway station is excellent, if you travel by rail. It was a pleasant surprise, that the city provided a free transport card.

The shower cabin was extremely small. It’s a shame that such a remarkable city tolerates visible drug use, homelessness, and prostitution. I know that in many cities the areas near the railway station can feel unpleasant, but I didn’t expect it to be so noticeable in Geneva, given the city’s strong reputation.
