Πολύ ωραίο και οικονομικό για Ελβετία μικρό ξενοδοχείο. ||Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, πρόθυμο πάντα να εξυπηρετήσει.||Πολύ ωραίο πρωινό. Εξαιρετικά προσεγμένο lobby για μικρό ξενοδοχείο και πανέμορφη μικρή βεράντα στο πίσω μέρος του.||Καλό wi-fi||Οι στάσεις για κεντρικές γραμμές λεωφορείων πολύ κοντά. Αυτές προς το κέντρο της πόλης στα 200 μέτρα και για το conference centre κοντά στο Παλάτι των Εθνών, ακριβώς απέξω.||Θα ξαναέμενα ανεπιφύλακτα.

Η Γενεύη είναι μία ακριβή πόλη όπως γνωρίζουμε όλοι για πολλούς Ευρωπαίους. Το ξενοδοχείο αυτό είναι μίας μεσαίας κατηγορίας οικονομικά και σίγουρα αξίζει τα χρήματά του. Είναι περιποιημένο, καθαρό με πολύ καλό πρωινό. Στο ξενοδοχείο δίνουνε πάσο για ελεύθερες μετακινήσεις με τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς και αυτό βοηθάει πολύ γιατί η στάση είναι ακριβώς έξω από το ξενοδοχείο και τα ταξί είναι πανάκριβα. Σαν τοποθεσία είναι περίπου 1,5 χιλιόμετρο από το κέντρο.

Je recommande cet hôtel à plus 1000% avec que des points positifs : - un personnel des plus accueillant et chaleureux, - des chambres spacieuses et confortables, - un placement idéal dans un quartier agréable et calme, - des espaces calmes avec une terrasse, une bibliothèque, une salle de sport et un excellent petit déjeuner. Je recommande ainsi cet hôtel, dans lequel mon mari et moi avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous tenons à remercier une fois de plus le personnel pour leur accueil et leur offre d’hôtellerie.

Excellent établissement, le rapport qualité prix est tout à fait au rendez-vous. Hôtel très confortable, avec certains éléments très appréciés : - chambres spacieuses et très propres, bien équipées - salles de bain au top - mini bar à côté de l'accueil avec café en libre service, belle terrasse - petite salle de sport en accès libre - bibliothèque - petit-déjeuner copieux - accueil ouvert en permanence Une excellente adresse à recommander !

Mi dispiace, non tornerei! Siamo stati due notti durante un weekend. Camera al primo piano sopra un pensilina molto sporca! La nostra camera, la domenica, non è stata rimessa in ordine né pulita! Non posso valutare la colazione. Alla reception personale gentile ma poco cordiale!

We visited Geneva for a 3 day, 4 night City Break with EasyJet Holidays. ||Location:|The hotel is located in the more residential part of Geneva and has a different feel to the more upmarket, photographed parts of Geneva as promoted online. That said it is still surrounded by some small shops, cafes and restaurants and is within a 5 minute walk of 3 bus stops:||Charmilles - Buses to and from the Airport|Servette - For travel into Geneva city |Wendt - For UN and Botanical Gardens ||Rooms:|On arrival we were ‘upgraded’ to a ‘Junior Suite’ room which was large, spacious and well equipped with a king sized bed, single bed, 4 chairs, desk, two TVs with a wide range of channels from across the world, bath/shower, mini fridge, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron and board, and several lamps. The room was clean, but a little tired in places with peeling wallpaper and some lifting floor panels however as we only used the room as a base to explore; it wasn’t too much of an issue. Air conditioning and a fan was provided which kept the room at a comfortable temperature during our stay when outside was 30 degrees plus. ||Breakfast |Not included in our package, however seemed a decent selection with budget options such as a coffee and croissant for 6CHF. Full access to the buffet was 22CHF or 25CHF if precooked to have in the room.||Facilities|Small garden at rear, fitness suite, lounge rooms and breakfast rooms. Didn’t really use as had several busy days out and about and only really spent the evenings after dinner in the hotel. ||We contacted the hotel in advance to get our free travel pass which entitled us to free public transportation within Geneva City. This was very useful and allowed us to travel round easily. ||Overall a good stay, the hotel was quiet with good facilities and only the slightly tired state of the room prevent it from getting 5 stars.

Habitaciones con ventilador insuficiente para sustituir aire acondicionado que no funcionaba. Teníamos reserva de 3 habitaciones y en una de ellas había continuos cortes de corriente eléctrica. Nos cambiaron a otras habitaciones de inferior calidad y nos anunciaron compensación económica que no se produjo en la cuantía comprometida por correo electrónico. No contestan a nuestra reclamación, ni Booking ni el propio hotel.
