We cooperated with HDA Services and their manager Edouard Leleu two times. We're a moving company and we can assess the service objectively, as we understand well the difficulties and nuances in the moving business. Our first cooperation went well. Unfortunately, not for the 2nd time. Even though the volume of the shipment was less, they charged us the amount for a bigger volume. Also we were charged for 2 weeks of storage more. When we requested a refund for 2 weeks of storage Edouard began to ignore our emails at all. It's funny to lose the partners for 280 chf 🙂 good luck to your business...

We moved an entire apartment from urban Switzerland to a remote island in Washington state. We had personal contact with HDA in Switzerland to plan the loading and the delivery company on the Washington end was always available by phone to discuss every detail of arrival, customs inspection, demurrage and delivery. The movers on both ends were courteous and efficient.

We used HDA to move our family from one house to another as they had been recommended by a friend and couldn't be happier with them. They were the most competitively priced and I have to say every single one of the team were professional, polite, diligent, hard working and meticulous in their protection and packing of our furniture and posessions. Nothing was too much trouble! We had four men over four days and when exceptionally heavy items e.g. trees in pots were required to be moved they were able to call in a few extra men to assist with these. We're scheduled to move in another 2-3 years time so we'll certainly enlist HDA's services again then and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.
