The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the rental process quick and easy. The e-bike itself was amazing—super comfortable, powerful, and perfect for exploring the lake and surrounding areas. Riding around Lake Geneva was an unforgettable experience, and having such a smooth, well-maintained bike made all the difference. I highly recommend Genèveroule to anyone visiting the city. J’ai eu peur suite aux avis, mais : Réservation en ligne facile Parking de la gare de 10h à 16h =20€ Personnel agréable, gentil et qui propose un itinéraire Vélo de qualité Caution en espèce avec un reçu + contrat de location Petit + à améliorer = proposer des supports pour le téléphone car Genève en vélo on a du s arrêter plusieurs fois pour voir notre itinéraire. On est allé voir le Jet d eau puis le pont pour aller voir la pointe de la jonction. On s est arrêté dans un restaurant mexicain 5/5 et nous sommes partis visiter les jardins puis musée Ariana et les statues.

Easy to hire a bike. I hired a bike for one day and rode from Geneva to Annecy (49km one way). The bike was not a road bike but in good condition. The staff was friendly, and helpful. Location is also convenient in front of a big station.

Le mini vélo cargo joker est parfait ont a fait un aller retour Genève Nyon avec mon teckel standard et c'était parfait. Réservation en ligne facile et rapide. Récupération du vélo rapide et simple, il prête casque, anti vol. Top. Les personnes au magasin sont hyper pro et gentil. Merci à l'équipe <3

Super freundlicher Kontakt (auch auf Englisch, danke!), reibungslose Abwicklung. Die Bikes waren gut gepflegt und ideal für unsere 3,5-tägige Tour um den See. Kleine Abzüge bei der Schaltung und der CO₂-Pumpe statt klassischer Luftpumpe – sollte man sich kurz erklären lassen, wenn man damit keine Erfahrung hat. Kaution in bar - Euro waren kein Problem. Top Lage direkt am Genfer Hbf, auch an Feiertagen geöffnet – sehr praktisch. Ich kann den Verleih auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
