The staff here are the best around Geneva, seriously, you can tell they care about their customers even if they weren’t buying anything. We sat outside waiting for my daughter and husband whom were inside deciding on which chocolate to buy and one of their staff (female) noticed myself and my other kids from the window, the next thing we saw was her coming towards us to offer us free chocolate, it was so good I went in to buy more Getting inside the shop we were welcomed with other amazing staff who were so welcoming and tolerance of my son that was all over the place, the male staff said "He’s fine, he’s not bothering us with a genuine smile on his face". Even after all that they thought I just wanted more free chocolate but of course I wanted to buy this time. You don’t get that kind of customer service and tolerance everywhere. I am very grateful for their understanding and kindness. Also their chocolates are reasonably priced but it wouldn’t have mattered to me even if it was expensive because they won me over with their customer service.

Con el Choco Pass, tienes una gran experiencia. He de decir que son caros, pero cada céntimo lo vale. No habíamos probado unos bombones y pralinés como estos en mi vida. Nos quedamos a tomar un refresco, ya que el lugar nos pareció muy acogedor.

Selling nice chocolates that’s tastes really smooth in their unique wave design chocolate bars. They are very generous is allowing you to try the different chocolates they have. A little pricey but worth the indulgence if you are a chocolate lover. Friendly staff that will give the necessary advise on what to buy.

I walked in with my wife and was greeted by Medhdi where he offered us a table with a delicious pieces of chocolate to try. After we sat down, 2 lovely ladies (Clara and Marion) took our order and checked on us because we are from out of town and were attentive with good conversation and local suggestions. I strongly suggest you come amd check out this place for chocolate, you will not be disappointed.

My family had a most pleasant visit. The hosts explained their chocolates, interacted with my children and ensured we felt welcomed. Also the best chocolate on the tour!

Delicious chocolate, very friendly service. You must try them all. I will be back for more.
