Joel helped me turn around a quick move of my dog, guided me through all documents required and cross-checked all information to ensure a smooth process - not only himself but with the receiving partners in the country we were traveling to. Marianne met us at the Zurich office and walked me through the process and answered all questions I had about my dog flying, as it was my dogs first time flying under the plane. I received updates once my dog was checked in. This team is highly experienced and seems to have a network of connections across the world for smooth pet transport. Their clear and consistent communication and professional processes helped take away my concerns and ease my nerves about sending my dog through Cargo. There were additional add-ons that also made this process smoother, such as being able to purchase a crate with the right dimensions for my dog (IATA approved), adding floor matting for the crate, and home delivery upon arrival. Global Pet Mover have accompanied us for the import of our cat from Switzerland to Australia, which must be one of the most difficult process to go through, especially for our cat, and they have been outstanding in the way they supported us at each step, explaining clearly how to navigate through all the details and hurdles. They were available for any questions, no matter how many I had, and have been extremely kind and understanding as we were going through this tedious process and worried for our kitty. We used The Global Pet Mover services to move our havanese from Geneva to New York. We absolutely recommend this company. We were constanlty informed about the progress of our dog journey. Joel was very attentive to our dog. He sent photos and messages to keep us update. It made feel us very reassured.The transport crate was suitable for our dog, allowing him to move around and turn over. There were no problems at customs, and our dog arrived on time, healthy and safe.
