Lovely shop. Very friendly staff. Unique toys. Clearly not a shop for kids to play around in, understandably. Would come back again and again!

Wooden toys fans, here's your paradise! This lovely shop on two floors proposes a smart and beautiful selection of children toys, most sustainable and made of wood. I like browsing through when picking gifts for kids, from 0 to 16, I'd say...

Really nice wooden toys. Staff was distant and did not engage with us much. My son was playing with the toys— I don’t think the staff appreciated it… I was really looking forward to visit this shop, but I won’t be coming back again.

Très joli magasin. Assortiment de jeux en bois et de découvertes. Si vous chercher des superhéros et des franchises passez votre chemin. Par contre si vous chercher des jeux intéressants, durables et avec du charme cet endroit est pour vous !

Le 14 février 2024, vers 14 heures, j'ai visité le magasin avec ma fille. Au début, nous avons salué le commis masculin deux fois tout en établissant un contact visuel, mais il n'a rien dit. À la place, il a salué un couple blanc qui est entré dans le magasin après moi. Peu après avoir commencé à regarder autour, le commis s'est approché de moi et de ma fille de sept ans, remarquant : "Elle n'a pas besoin de toucher à tout." Ce furent ses premiers mots à notre égard. Cependant, ma fille n'avait interagi qu'avec un seul jouet. J'ai répondu : "Elle n'essaie pas tout," car ce n'était pas le cas. Comme nous déménageons bientôt de Suisse, nous avions hâte d'acheter un dernier souvenir avec ma fille dans ce magasin. Son comportement nous a profondément attristés. N'est-il pas permis d'essayer les jouets avant de faire un choix ? J'utilise de tels incidents pour enseigner à ma fille à propos des personnes méchantes, impolies et discriminatoires dans le monde. Bien que nous ayons fait des achats dans ce magasin plusieurs fois auparavant sans incident, cette expérience était inattendue et inconfortable. Par conséquent, nous avons quitté le magasin immédiatement. C'est décevant que ce commis masculin ait terni l'un de nos derniers souvenirs en Suisse. Il est sûrement conscient de son attitude, n'est-ce pas ? Malgré la sélection attrayante du magasin et l'emballage mignon, il y a un magasin à proximité appelé "Au chien bleu" qui offre une expérience d'achat bien meilleure. Le personnel y est accueillant et accommodant envers les enfants. On February 14, 2024, around 2 p.m., I visited the store with my daughter. Initially, we greeted the male clerk twice while making eye contact, but he didn’t say anything. Instead, he greeted a white couple who entered the store after me. Shortly after beginning to browse, the clerk approached me and my seven-year-old daughter, remarking, "She doesn’t have to touch everything." These were his first words to us. However, my daughter had only interacted with one toy. I responded, "She is not trying everything," as she wasn’t. As we're soon moving from Switzerland, we had looked forward to purchasing a final memory gift with my daughter at this shop. His behavior saddened us deeply. Is it not allowed to try out toys before making a choice? I use such incidents to teach my daughter about unkind, rude, and discriminatory people in the world. Although we've shopped at this store many times before without incident, this experience was unexpected and uncomfortable. Consequently, we left the store immediately. It's disappointing that this male clerk tarnished one of our last memories in Switzerland. Surely, he's aware of his attitude, isn't he? Despite the store's appealing selection and cute wrapping, there's a nearby store called "Au chien bleu" that offers a much better shopping experience. The staff there are welcoming and accommodating to children.

Le magasin peut être jolie mais la vendeuse est extrêmement désagréable. Et parce que je tiens que mon cadeau soit rempli de joie ce n'est pas dans ce magasin que j'ai acheterai quoi que ce soit.

Beautiful shop with great choice ! I went there several times but today was appalled at the behaviour of the female member of staff. She made remarks behind our backs, whispering negative stuff (we heard a few words). If you do not want children to try the toys, don’t let them out for them to touch and try. Or write a note or say something nicely. Or sell another type of goods if you don’t understand how children work and have no patience and clearly don’t like them….
