One thing is for sure, they're doing the MOST...to drive away business. If I could give this zero stars, I would. I entered the store with my family around 2pm this afternoon and my experience at Most left me feeling humiliated, angry, and genuinely shaken. My experience was actually the worst shopping encounter I’ve ever had, not just in Switzerland, but anywhere. Shopping isn’t easy for me. It’s something I've struggled with for years. I take my time and make sure I feel confident in a piece before buying it. So when I do go shopping, I’m hoping for kindness, patience, and maybe even a bit of encouragement. Instead, my family and I were met with judgment, arrogance, and cruelty. Let’s begin with the staff, who clearly believe they’re running some sort of exclusive fashion house in Paris, ironic, considering most of the items were marked down. To make things worse, they mocked my mother’s French in front of other customers. Yes, you read that right. Disgraceful doesn’t even begin to cover it. In any situation this is completely unacceptable, however in a multilingual and highly international city like Geneva, this is even more baffling. What kind of store thinks it’s okay to ridicule people for how they speak???? Had I known about this situation before entering the dressing room, I would have left right then and there. As if that wasn’t enough, they enforce a completely ridiculous policy: you can only try on five items per day on Saturdays (8 items on other days of the week). Not per time you enter the dressing room, per DAY. As if their again, MARKED DOWN clothing warrants this kind of rationing. These aren’t rare designer pieces, they’re clearance items on sale racks, guarded by people who behave like they’re working at a runway show. Their logic must be trapped in whatever parallel universe this absurd business model came from. "Try before you buy" apparently isn’t part of their vocabulary. What exactly are they trying to protect with this policy? I will be honest, I didn't understand the sign outside the fitting rooms correctly and believed it meant that there was a limit to 5 items in the dressing room, which I followed. I took exactly 5 items into the dressing room and handed things off to my mother when I knew I didn't want it/to exchange it with something else to try (different style, different size, different color). Further, the mirror is outside the dressing room which meant every time I tried something on, I had to walk into the shopping space to view myself. This is uncomfortable in itself, however my family and I were cognizant of not taking up too much space and to allow room for other shoppers to try things on and check themselves in the mirror as well. There are 3 dressing rooms in the store and of the maybe 6 people that came into the shop during the time I was there, I saw 1 enter a dressing room, and one person use the mirror (at which point I stepped to the side to allow her more space). This experience culminated into the worker approaching us very rudely mixing between English and French, to point out the 5 item limit, to say that we were doing "too much" and that I "don't need to try on every color". If this was a packed store, I might understand, however at the point she approached us, I didn't notice anyone else in the store, and definitely nobody else using a dressing room or needing a mirror. Obviously they don't appreciate business and are actively trying to drive away paying customers. The experience made me feel unwelcome, ashamed, and like I didn’t belong in their store. I have never in my life felt so humiliated and disrespected and I am appalled at the way we were treated this afternoon To Most: You may think you’re selling fashion, but the only thing you're truly offering is hostility disguised as exclusivity. And you’ve likely lost far more customers than you realize. To others: Do yourself - and your dignity - a favor. Avoid this place entirely.

truly a harrowing experience—what began as a simple inquiry spiraled into a full-blown ridiculirize. the customer service wasn’t just bad; it was a clinic in contempt, delivered in english so mangled it felt like a new form of mockery. i left feeling humiliated, not helped. this wasn’t commerce—it was psychological warfare. NEVER again.
