They broke the waterproof seal when changing the battery in my watch - this is something other stores told me could happen because they didn't have the right machine, but this store was suggested by the manufacturer and they took the watch without mentioning any issue. I am sure it's them because a year ago the manufacturer checked the wster seal and confirmed it was perfectly intact (they said "as good as new"). First time in the water after this shop changed my battery and the watch is filled with water. Would avoid at all costs in the future and I am going to let the manufacturer not to recommend them to other clients.

Staff are most friendly and professional assisting with technical information, and details of beautiful watches. I walked in off the street as soon as I arrived in Geneva to purchase an classic automatic watch and found one here as soon as I arrived. Which I am most happy with. The band was adjusted to suit my wrist on the spot and it feels very comfortable on my arm. There is a great range of multiple makes and models to choose from including the classic to the most modern watches. After purchasing my watch I was given instructions to go online and register so I get the full warranty and I can take that warranty anywhere in the world to get my watch fixed should it need any attention.

De passage à Genève en novembre 2023 mon mari et moi-même avons poussé la porte de cette belle boutique intimiste. Nous sommes ravis de notre expérience chez Montres SA, car nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Jeremy le responsable de la boutique, pour une demande bien précise qui fut tout à fait respectée. Ayant fait l'acquisition de ma première montre automatique les conseils avisés et passionnée de Jeremy ont été précieux. N’hésitez pas à leur faire confiance.

Je tiens ici à remercier le responsable, Lionel, qui nous a aidé dans nos démarches d'estimation de valeur de montre après notre cambriolage, alors que rien ne l'y obligeait. Équipe sérieuse et professionnelle.

In between heaven and hell you may find something decent. The shop is in center town close to the lake in a very touristic area. It also is focused on a few brands, Longines, Rado, Tissot and their display is wonderful. That is the heaven I was referring to. I would be able to spend hours just looking... Now I went there with some watches (of those brands) that were in need of repair and two weeks later there was no news. The third week I called and said I will pass by the next day to pick them up. And at that time I felt the hell I was mentioning - because the staff did not seem to care and I started feeling treated like a tourist that may be cheated. But then a man from the shop called, we agreed on a price and another two weeks later I got back my fixed watches. Decent work, although the serial numbers of the watches were not mentioned on the warranty. So there you have the decent thing I'm talking about. Much better than other shop (will not tell the name) that told me that fixing one of my watches is not worth the cost.
