Doctor Bianchi

Alors nous avons eu une super m’avais expérience avec cette médecin ultra m’avais dans son genre, beaucoup de promesses/ mensonge, elle nous a fait traîner pas moins de 2 ans avec seulement 4 consultations. Jamais le temp, jamais présent, le dossier à la traîne .. juste l’horreur. Très mauvais expérience avec Bianchi .

I hate to write this review because the assistant/phlebotomist/office manager of Dr. Bianchi, Evelina, is lovely, capable, professional, smart and organized (albeit understaffed so sometimes a little delayed). Despite this, I must review the Dr. because I must warn you not to go to her: I was a patient of Dr. Bianchi’s from 2023-2024. I will forever be greatly that she took my symptoms for some diseases seriously (a previous doctor didn’t). She helped me get diagnosed for something that I suspected that I had for more than 5 years. And I will also always be grateful that she facilitated the birth of my 2nd child. However, I must say that I do not recommend her. I write this review a few days after I had an 8:30am meeting with her. I assumed that taking the first meeting of the day would guarantee that she would be on time. Nope. She arrived at 9:15 – 45 minutes late! No excuses, no apologies (I heard her call the assistant from her home, asking who was already waiting for her!)! I am sorry but a doctor should not take appointments if they don’t plan on being present for them. Otherwise, and besides being chronically late (I never had an appointment that was on-time), she often miscalculated days for medications and important medical procedures (I would have to correct her when she mis-counted and she would say "oh yea, oops"). She forgot what treatments she’d already given me (she suggested I start a round of antibiotics and I had to remind her that days before she had given my intravenous antibiotics during a hysteroscopy). She prescribed a medicine to me and told me to take it at night; the pharmacist (correctly) said if I took it at night I wouldn’t sleep. She was completely dismissive of any feelings I had around trying to have a 2nd child and struggling to do so (shouldn’t reproductive medicine doctors attempt to have bedside manner and some sensitivity of the topic?!). After being followed by her for almost a year, I actually, sincerely believe that she wants women to fail at having a child at least for a while (and while her pockets are lined with profit) so that she can financially benefit from the delay. I feel an obligation to write this review because I’ve met 2-3 women in the past months that also went to the Dr. for some time and were also extremely unhappy with her care and services; unfortunately, not everyone writes Google reviews. Avoid this doctor at all costs!

À la base, une très bonne praticienne, à l'écoute et avenante. Depuis 2022, c'est malheureusement devenu une catastrophe : - suivi lacunaire (voire inexistant), - difficultés à joindre son secrétariat (suivi du secrétariat : "je vous rappelle dans deux semaines (octobre 2022)" 29 mars 2023, toujours pas de réponse malgré plusieurs relances. Vraiment dommage, en particulier pour la relation de confiance médecin-patiente.

Tres mauvaise experience avec ce medecin. Elle vous assure au depart que ses patientes sont une priorite ce qui est complement faux. Durant les 6 mois de suivi je n'ai cesse de la relancer a chaque fois et plusieurs fois pour obtenir les resultats d'examen. J'ai du m'adresser en urgence a un autre genycologue car elle a laisse traine un probleme et est patie en vacances alors qu'elle m'avait dit precedement que je devais subir cette intervention.
