The food actually tastes good even though there is no meet or vegetables in my linguini. The dish has mushrooms. But must warn you that it's an expensive restaurant. $75 person cost us and a colleague of mine has been going there for years so we were treated on a different scale.

I was looking for a late dinner to take back to my hotel when I stumbled upon this charming pizzeria in Geneva. The restaurant had lovely outdoor seating and a warm, inviting atmosphere inside. A kind waitress greeted me in French, and when I mentioned I was from America, she seamlessly switched to English to take my order. I chose the Capricciosa pizza—tomato sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, ham, eggs, and olives. Just reading the description made my mouth water. While waiting, I enjoyed a glass of red wine, easily the best I’ve had in a long time. The aroma of the pizza as it baked in the brick oven was irresistible, and when it arrived with its thin crust and lightly charred edges, I couldn’t wait to get back to my hotel to enjoy it. At around 8 or 9 p.m., after a full day exploring Nyon and Montreux, this meal was the perfect way to end the night. The flavors were outstanding—authentic, satisfying, and far beyond what you’d expect from any chain pizza back home. Domino’s doesn’t even come close! I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re a tourist visiting from the United States. It’s a true taste of Geneva hospitality and quality. Merci
