Guillaume Bichet

We visited Geneva back in April and upon exploring the town centre we crossed the bridge and saw this fancy looking place! The front looked very elegant and when you step in, it speaks luxury and smell divine. Their product does not disappointment as we were greeted with smiles and inviting us to try their signature ‘Princess Almonds’, coated chocolate with almond in the center and dusted with what I believe to be cocoa powder? One bite and I was sold! We took home as a souvenir one box of No.1 Princess Almond. We had the chance to visit Geneva again with family friends, and we said it was a must visit, we were again kindly greeted by the staff and was offered to try their chocolate again, we all went out with a box of the almond princess, I bought box No.3 as the chances of visiting Geneva again is very slim (wish I had bought the biggest one now). I recommend visiting to purchase from their chocolatier, they have patisserie area as well, everything beautifully presented. They seem to be very popular with the locals as you can see customers going back to repurchase. The boxes are perfect little gifts, if you find the boxes to be on the pricier side, they do small packages of 100grams not in the boxes, those are cheaper as you don’t have to pay for the packaging. The price does reflect the quality of their chocolate. It feels like a chocolatey truffle, and the crunch from the almond is superb!

We found this chocolate shop last week by chance. A beautiful, chic, calm and minimal shop that smelled of chocolate everywhere. The lady who served us was very nice and willing to serve us. She seemed to really enjoy her job. We ordered two cappuccino, which were served with perfect treats. After that we ordered two desserts with the raspberry tart beating our expectations. Of course we bought a Valentine's Day chocolate heart filled with various pralines and whole roasted almonds with chocolate and cocoa inside the heart. We also bought a box of various chocolates, where three of them were awarded. The whole experience we had at this shop was amazing and 100% worth the money. I would definitely visit it again if I ever travel to Geneva again.

We had a really funny story here! We were very excited to finish all the chocopass list. Once we arrived here our chocopass was already passed 24 hours! The ladies were very lovely and they offered us some chocolate to taste! We ordered Hot Chocolate, it had a very unique flavor! The view was amazing!

Local precioso, elegante, calidad muy buena y mejor aún la atención y explicación del personal. Fuimos con el tour del Choco Pass, es totalmente recomendable.

Lovely shop! We tried the chocolate covered almonds and a few squares of chocolate (jasmine, earl grey, pistachio, and darjeeling). Everything was delicious and the service was great.

Went around the chocolate shops trying chocolate covered almonds and guillaume bichet blew it out of the water . Also the service was excellent and the deserts were great. ♥️
