Ostéo Physio LEGOU Cédric

In my life I've probably seen 6 or 7 physiotherapists/osteopaths and I've never had such a negative experience as I did here with Mr. Legou. He treated me as if I was exaggerating the level of pain that I was in (despite the fact that my back pain was so bad that I struggled to lay flat on the bed). When I told him he needs to start gently (it was only our first session), he told me that unless I just dealt with the pain of the forceful adjustments he wanted to do, that he couldn't treat me. He stopped the session and said he can only treat me if I come back having taken painkillers and muscle relaxants prescribed by a doctor. I ended up going to another osteopath who started slowly and gently and worked her way up to more forceful adjustments and she significantly improved my pain in 3 sessions without any painkillers and muscle relaxants from a doctor. He acted like I was being dramatic and stopped the session very suddenly. And that wasn't even the worst part of the session... He said I would need to only be in a bra and underwear during the session. I didn't understand why I needed to take off my pants for back pain and was not wearing full coverage underwear and told him I wasn't very comfortable taking off my pants. He said that I had to and that otherwise he wouldn't be able to accurately assess me. I have since been to two other osteopaths who have not needed to do this and who have effectively managed my pain. What a horrible, horrible experience. If you're a woman, I honestly wouldn't come here. He treats your pain like it isn't real and doesn't care if you're comfortable in his treatment room or not. Update: i want to edit to clarify that Mr Legou's level of English had nothing to do with this experience and is just an excuse. I speak French and our session was conducted entirely in French (but I can write more quickly in English). Also, the osteopath who was able to effectively treat me did so the next day, so it had nothing to do with the timing of my session. Also, the fact that he says in his response that he preferred to respect my pain by stopping the session.... He only stopped the session because I literally had to scream at him to stop and that I was uncomfortable. My one session with him was a truly terrible experience. He completely ignored my concerns and didn't care if I was comfortable. To summarize: it was his way or no way with absolutely no flexibility in his approach.

Très reconnaissant envers M. Legou pour les soins et conseils donnés à la suite de 2 accidents au genou (ski) et au pied. Toute ma mobilité a été retrouvée. Rendez-vous ponctuels et très grande amabilité. Je le recommande vivement.

Je ne peux que recommander ! Complètement bloquée du dos, j'ai trouvé un RDV le jour même chez Cédric Legou. Il a depuis gagné une patiente. Doux, professionnel & très sympathique - un super ostéo !

I've had 2 sessions with Cedric, and really he has been the best I have met so far! Cedric always takes the time to assess and adjust with a holistic approach. I went to him for a glute pain, and he managed to work magic that my whole left leg just started to feel 'right again after many years of discomfort. I'd strongly recommend Cedric, and sincere thanks to his dedication and expertise!

Personne polie qui semble connaître son travail, avec probablement un peu trop de confiance en lui-même, la remise en question ne fait certainement pas partie de lui. Après un rendez-vous chez lui pour de légères douleures cervicales à gauche, il fait deux fois la même manoeuvre au niveau de mon trapèze droit. Manoeuvre ratée et douloureuse. 3 jours plus tard je ne sens plus le bout de mes doigts et pour resumer, je suis en arrêt maladie depuis. Cela fait plus de 4 mois. Monsieur Legou, les erreurs arrivent, montrez un peu d’empathie et de respect quand votre patiente vous appelle après 3 jours pour des douleurs au lieu de dire " ne venez pas, je ne vous toucherai pas, ce n’est pas de ma faute ".

Je suis allé voir le Docteur Legou, car mes douleurs au dos étaient trop importantes. Il a su me soigner et mes douleurs ont disparu. J'ai des exercices à faire à la maison pour éviter que cela ne revienne. Le suivi est pendant la séance et après ! De plus le cabinet est propre, soigné et la décoration très agréable, on passe un bon moment.

I pinched my sciatic nerve and had a lot of pain in my butt, which radiated down my left leg. I do not speak good French, but Cedric was very kind and managed via English and through my French-speaking girlfriend. Cedric was kind and knowledgeable, and careful when adjusting my back. I was in some pain during and immediately after the adjustment, but Cedric have me plenty of time to recover, and in about half an hour I could walk again (which I could barely do before the appointment). Frankly I feel he worked miracles — the pain has been steadily subsiding. I am extremely happy with his care!!
